Besides supporting the production of our SUMOUR products, we have also provided services to customers who were in need for reliable manufacturing source in China. As SUMOUR has great reputation as a high quality toy manufacturer in last decades and SUMOUR　has over 15 years of experience in China. We are able to administer projects from idea sketch to shipment, by leading our design network, engineering department, quality assurance department, quality control department and our vendors.
　

Carry out development of new SUMOUR products

To be a sourcing office in SUMOUR group, we are capable to handle/develop variety of toy products with our strong engineering team and external resources such as design house, suppliers and vendors. We can start the project with customers input (sketch, samples with functional description). To ensure we can ship on time, we will review the progress regularly.

Production capability

* Prepare design sketch based on customer"s idea
* Prepare mock-up to working sample
* Control and monitor closely by our SUMOUR Nanjing office on debugging of tooling and production in China.
* Perform the most of reliability test in SUMOUR Anhui lab.
* All shipment lots to be inspected by our inspectors based on tailor-made inspection standard agreed by customer.
